Had a lovely time enjoying the comfort of our well-equipped room and sipping coffee while gazing out the big window. The hotel offers a refreshing pool and a cozy lounge area perfect for unwinding. One small hiccup was the air conditioning which took a bit to adjust, but overall, it was a great stay! ☕

The integrated bathroom design leaves little to no privacy, especially with the dark shower cubicles!!! Noise from neighboring rooms disrupts the serenity expected in a hotel stay. Upgrade the soundproofing and revisit the air conditioning systems!!!

We had a fantastic stay with our family! The vibrant culinary scene nearby added to our experience, especially the nearby tapas bar where we indulged in delightful flavors. Breakfast was enjoyable with fresh options and the staff's warmth made our mornings even brighter.

Had such a cool time at this hotel! The location is super convenient, just steps from great food and sights like the Retiro Park. Our room was cozy and comfy—really enjoyed the view of the plaza. my friend and i stayed for 3 nights at mate and really enjoyed it. the inner courtyard room was small but spotlessly clean and comfortable. the bed was cozy with great toiletries and amenities. the location was fantastic, close to everything, and the staff were lovely. we also landed a great price for our stay, which made it even better!
