Had a lovely time enjoying the comfort of our well-equipped room and sipping coffee while gazing out the big window. The hotel offers a refreshing pool and a cozy lounge area perfect for unwinding. One small hiccup was the air conditioning which took a bit to adjust, but overall, it was a great stay! ☕

The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful when I needed assistance with directions.
The bathroom lacked privacy due to the see-through shower doors.

Stylishly decorated rooms, Proximity to local nightlife, Exceptional location near cultural sites
The integrated bathroom design leaves little to no privacy, especially with the dark shower cubicles!!! Noise from neighboring rooms disrupts the serenity expected in a hotel stay. Upgrade the soundproofing and revisit the air conditioning systems!!!

We had a fantastic stay with our family! The vibrant culinary scene nearby added to our experience, especially the nearby tapas bar where we indulged in delightful flavors. Breakfast was enjoyable with fresh options and the staff's warmth made our mornings even brighter.
My kids wished there were more activities on-site for them.

Just steps away from the buzz of Plaza Santa Ana, I indulged in delightful French pastries and tapas at nearby gems like Cerveceria Alemana and La Mucca de Prado. The junior suite offered a cozy couch and a lovely balcony view, making us feel right at home!
The air conditioning only served up warm air, leaving our top-floor room a bit too steamy for comfort. Add to that, the elevator had a mind of its own—buttons acting funky made for a bit of a wild ride!

Perfect spot to explore
Had such a cool time at this hotel! The location is super convenient, just steps from great food and sights like the Retiro Park. Our room was cozy and comfy—really enjoyed the view of the plaza. Breakfast was quite decent too, with enough options to start the day right. Just had a bit of noise from the street at night.

The shower had a door, which is rare in hotels here. Our room was clean, and the cozy couch was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the outdoor balcony, which gave a great view to the lively square. It's a stone's throw from major attractions, making it super convenient for our city adventures.

The breakfast selection was solid with tasty eggs and bacon, and the room's quirky design made it feel special. The no-pork menu change would really help though! I'd absolutely return.
